Securely pack your fragrance or beauty items in their original shipping box, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent breakage.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point and retain your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
